Yes, we provide a free trial but it is limited to 5-6 hrs of work.
The files can be sent in any graphic format, such as TIFF, JPEG, PDF etc… Paper drawings can also be couriered to our office. AutoCAD drawings can also be emailed to us for 3D modeling and animations
We can follow any Drawing Standards as prescribed by you. Just send your sample projects, we will follow on that way.
Communication can be done by email, skype and phone. Attachments upto 10 Mb can be sent per email, for larger files/data we can setup an FTP account.
The paper drawings can be scanned starting from 150 DPI – 200 DPI, however the most important part is the clarity of the information to be sent.
The turnaround time depends totally on the project as well as the output required. We can also work on short deadlines if required, rush charges shall be applicable.
We do not encourage drawings to be faxed as it may lead to a loss of quality and information
Yes, our engineers always double-check to make sure mistake while doing as well as increase drawing quality.
We have rigid in-house quality procedures ensuring that nothing leaves our office until it has been thoroughly checked by our Q.A Team
We make every effort to safe guard the project details during the course of the project. Our office is in a fully owned building with 24*7 gaurd & security.

Payments can be made in US Dollars or in any other currency by mailing a cheque to us or by wire transfer to our bankers.
We are committed to the security and confidentiality of the information that you share with us. We ensure we will never use your company name, drawings or project names on our website, within marketing literature or to other Clients. We can sign your company confidentiality agreement if required. We also have our own confidentiality agreement which we can provide you with.
CAD services are labour intensive & time consuming, thus by using the latest technologies, economies of scale & the advantage of low cost high talent manpower pool in Vietnam, we at A R Digitech reduce operating & administrative costs. We pass on this cost advantage to our customers thereby providing them with low cost and very cost effective CAD drawing, drafting, designing and modeling services.
We have a flexible way of billing. We can offer option of choosing between
a) Fixed cost per assignment
b) Work on an agreed hourly rate for the project
c) Work on an agreed monthly pay for a particular engineer
Our hourly rate per man-hour varies depending on the type of CAD service provided, however hourly rates are applicable for projects exceeding 100 hours of time, regular clients and where the estimation of time is difficult because of the nature of the project.
However each job has to evaluated in totality based upon the specific requirements. The actual quotation/estimate can only be provided after receiving the scope of work.
If any project requires specialized technical or design support from an Engineer or Architect, his charges will be extra and are not a part of the above table.
Any revisions required that are our mistake or that we missed: No Charge
Any revisions required that vary from original information received: Will be charged at the hourly rates for the no. of extra hours required.
